O'side Oasis (“we”, “us”) operates the website o-sideoasis.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are committed to handling your information responsibly and never selling it.

Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and (if you sign in with Google or Facebook) your profile photo and the provider you used. Passwords for email accounts are handled entirely by Firebase Authentication and are never stored by us.

Booking requests. When you submit a booking request, we collect your requested dates, number of guests, and any message you include, along with your account details so we can respond.

Concierge chats. Conversations with our AI concierge are logged so we can improve guest support and follow up on requests. If you are signed in, your name and email are associated with the conversation.

Reviews. If you submit a testimonial, we collect the content, your chosen display name, and rating. Testimonials are only published after we review them.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to booking requests, provide concierge support, publish approved reviews, secure our services and prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your stay. We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we send you booking-related text messages (such as request confirmations and updates about your stay). Mobile information will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Service Providers

We rely on Google Firebase (authentication, database, and hosting) and Google Cloud / Vertex AI (to power the concierge). These providers process data on our behalf under their respective terms and security commitments.

Data Retention & Security

We retain account, booking, and chat records for as long as needed to operate the property and meet legal obligations. Access to stored data is restricted to the property owner. While no system is perfectly secure, we use industry-standard safeguards provided by our infrastructure partners.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the number below. You can also stop using the concierge or close your account at any time.
