Everything you need for a perfect stay at O'side Oasis

🔑Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
  • Self check-in via smart lock — you'll receive your unique access code 24 hours before arrival.
  • Locked out or the code isn't working? Call or text Guest Support at +1 (442) 245-7289 anytime.
  • Parking: the driveway fits up to 4 vehicles, and additional street parking is available.
  • 🚒 Please never park in front of — or block — the fire hydrant on the street. It must stay clear at all times for emergency access. Vehicles blocking a hydrant can be ticketed and towed. Kindly share this with everyone in your party who is driving.
  • Street sweeping is the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month — move street-parked cars to avoid a ticket.
  • Upon arrival, please review the welcome packet on the kitchen counter.

🧳Check-Out Information

  • Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
  • 1. Please take all trash to the large city trash bins located next to the driveway. The gray bin is for trash, the blue bin is for recycling, and the green bin is strictly for plant material.
  • 2. Please empty the refrigerator and run the dishwasher.
  • 3. Please leave all used towels on the floor in each room.
  • 4. Not required but appreciated: strip sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers and leave them on the bed.
  • 5. Please double check to ensure you have removed all your personal belongings from closets, drawers, etc. Returning these items to guests is very difficult to do promptly, and we do not cover shipping costs for left-behind items.
  • 6. Please turn off all lights and fans. Please lock the doors.
  • 7. Please let us know about any damage so we can fix or replace it promptly.
  • If anything is broken or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, or if house rules are violated, the cost of repair, replacement, or extra cleaning will be charged to the card on file, as outlined in your rental agreement.
  • Inventory checks are completed after every check-out.

📶WiFi & Technology

  • WiFi network and password are posted on the fridge and in each bedroom.
  • Three smart TVs with streaming apps — a 65" in the kids' room, a 55" in the master suite, and a 45" in the living room.
  • The home has the fastest Cox internet with a premium Netgear mesh network (three nodes) for strong, whole-home coverage.
  • Please don't adjust or reset any networking equipment. If the internet ever acts up, contact the concierge — our premium Netgear support resolves it ASAP.

🏊Pool & Spa

  • The pool is available for use 24/7. Please swim at your own risk.
  • Pool towels are provided in the outdoor storage cabinet by the patio.
  • The jacuzzi in the master suite has temperature controls on the wall panel.
  • Please rinse off before entering the pool. No glass containers near the pool area.
  • The sand beach area is maintained for your enjoyment — please help keep it tidy.

🍳Kitchen

  • The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and basic spices.
  • Coffee maker is on the counter — filters and complimentary coffee provided.
  • Propane grill is on the patio. Extra propane is in the storage area.
  • Trash and recycling bins are in the enclosure next to the driveway. Pickup is Wednesday morning — if your stay includes Tuesday night, please put the bins at the curb.
  • Gray bin = trash · Blue bin = recycling · Green bin = plant material only.

🌴Outdoor Areas

  • The wraparound patio features premium teakwood furniture — please treat with care.
  • The putting green is available anytime. Golf clubs are in the garage.
  • Please bring in any loose items (cushions, towels) if winds are expected.
  • The glass wall fencing around the sand beach is for safety — please don't climb on it.
  • Outdoor lighting is automated and activates at dusk.

📍Neighborhood & Local Tips

  • We're in a quiet, high-end residential neighborhood — please be respectful of noise levels, especially after 10 PM.
  • The beach is approximately 3 miles west. Oceanside Pier is a popular destination.
  • Grocery stores: Albertsons (1.5 mi), Trader Joe's (2 mi), Sprouts (2.5 mi).
  • Dining: Check our recommended restaurants list in the welcome packet.
  • The Coaster commuter train runs to San Diego — Oceanside Transit Center is nearby.

📋House Rules

  • No smoking anywhere on the property (indoor or outdoor).
  • No parties or events — maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (respect our wonderful neighbors!).
  • Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance — contact the manager to request.
  • Please treat the home and furnishings with care and respect.
  • Any damages should be reported promptly to the host.

  • Nearest Hospital: Tri-City Medical Center (4002 Vista Way, Oceanside)
  • Urgent Care: Multiple options within 5 minutes — ask the chat agent for the nearest.
  • Fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink.
  • First aid kit is in the hallway bathroom cabinet.
  • For property emergencies (plumbing, electrical), contact the host immediately.
